30 day money back guarantee
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on subscription purchases. If ForgeLot is not the right fit for your project, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will approve it.
Free trial
Every workspace can start one 14 day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and no payment is taken. If a trial converts and you did not intend to continue, the 30 day money back guarantee above still applies to that first payment.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, then request a refund.
- Or email us at civilsafeconsultancy@gmail.com with your order details and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a few business days to show the credit.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing page inside your workspace. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund, so if you also want money back for a recent charge, request a refund using the steps above.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you. Where local law gives you a longer or broader right to a refund, that right applies. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to purchases made through Paddle.
