Subscription terms

Starter is a single user subscription and is fixed to one seat. Professional is a team subscription: you choose how many seats to buy at checkout and can invite that many people into your workspace. Once every purchased seat is taken, further invitations are blocked until you remove a member or add seats. Enterprise is arranged directly with us.

You can add seats at any time from the billing page. Added seats are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current billing period.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment for twelve months.

Paddle.com Market Limited is our merchant of record and processes every payment, renewal, tax calculation and invoice on our behalf.

Each workspace can start one 14 day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial and no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Changing plans later does not start a new trial.

Upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period. Downgrading takes effect on your existing subscription and is credited pro rata. A downgrade is blocked while your workspace has more members or pending invitations than the smaller plan allows, and active projects above the smaller plan's limit are set to inactive so you can choose which ones stay live.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your workspace stays fully editable until the end of the period you have paid for, after which projects become read only. Your data remains available for export for 30 days.

We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. GST is applied to Australian customers where required, and other taxes are calculated by our merchant of record based on your billing location. Tax invoices and receipts are issued for every payment and are available in the billing portal. Every invoice shows ForgeLot Civil, ABN 36 520 470 935, the subscription plan, the number of seats, the billing period and your billing details.

If a renewal payment fails, our merchant of record retries it over several days and we email you. Your workspace stays open during that window. If payment ultimately fails the subscription is cancelled and your projects become read only until billing is restored.
