Subscription terms

Founders is a team subscription at A$89 per user per month or A$890 per user annually, excluding GST: you choose how many seats to buy at checkout and can invite that many people into your workspace. Once every purchased seat is taken, further invitations are blocked until you remove a member or add seats. Enterprise is arranged directly with us, including discounts for larger teams. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices and limits unless a change is confirmed with you.

Contact support to change your plan or seat count. We will confirm the new price, timing and any adjustment before making a change. Pending invitations reserve seats.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment for twelve months.

Paddle.com Market Limited is our merchant of record and processes every payment, renewal, tax calculation and invoice on our behalf.

Original-file uploads currently share a 750 MB service capacity limit across all workspaces. Further uploads are blocked when that capacity is reached. Contact us before importing large document libraries. Keep separate originals and regular QA-pack exports; automatic off-site backups are not yet provided.

Each workspace can start one 14 day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial and no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Changing plans later does not start a new trial.

Plan changes are handled by support. Before moving to a smaller plan, reduce your members, pending invitations and projects to its limits. We confirm any billing adjustment and effective date with you; changing plans does not restart the trial.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your workspace stays fully editable until the end of the period you have paid for, after which projects become read only. Your data remains available for export for 30 days.

We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars excluding GST. GST is applied to Australian customers where required, and other taxes are calculated by our merchant of record based on your billing location. Tax invoices and receipts are issued for every payment and are available in the billing portal. Paddle issues the payment receipt as merchant of record and shows the purchased plan, billing period and applicable tax details.

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry payment and send billing notices. A past due workspace becomes read only until billing is restored. You can still view your projects, export records and open the billing portal to update payment details.
